Welcome to Boxwood!

Welcome to Boxwood!

Hi! I'm Debbie, and it's so nice to meet you.

I'm the owner and founder of Boxwood Manor House, and I'd love to share a little about how this journey began.

I've always had a love for home décor and interior design. My goal has never been to create a picture-perfect home, but rather a space that feels warm, welcoming, and comfortable for both family and friends. When I was first starting out, I often gravitated toward vintage pieces - not only because they were more affordable, but because they were full of character, charm, and history. I've never been one to follow trends and have been decorating my home with rustic cottage style decor, long before it was popular.

Because of this passion for home goods and design, I've always dreamed of owning a small business and opening a storefront of my own. Although, for years, the timing never seemed quite right.

To my surprise, in May of 2025, I was offered a small bookshelf space at my very first vendor mall and decided that it was finally time to take a leap of faith. At the time, my daughter Julie had moved home while completing PA school and agreed to join in - with me leading the business and Julie serving as my assistant sourcer and social media manager.

What started as a single bookshelf quickly grew into something much bigger than we ever imagined. After only a few months, we had begun to outgrow our space and, to our surprise and excitement, we were offered a booth at Antique Market Place in Greensboro, NC. We couldn't believe how quickly things were happening, but once again, we chose to take the leap. Moving into a full-sized booth was a big step, but it's one we've never regretted.

As we celebrate our one-year anniversary, I couldn't be more proud of how far Boxwood Manor House has come. What began as a dream has grown into a thriving business built on a love of vintage décor, quality craftsmanship, and creating homes that feel both lived in and loved.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our wonderful customers. Whether you've made a purchase, visited our booth, followed us on social media, or simply cheered us on along the way, thank you. Your support means more than you know.

We're excited for what the future holds and can't wait to continue sharing this journey with you.

Thank you for stopping by. We hope you'll make yourself at home here at Boxwood Manor House.

With gratitude,

Debbie
